Crafco EZ Pour 50 Gallon Gravity Propane Melter A double-broiler type trailer melter that is designed for heating self-leveling asphalt rubber sealant to be applied through a wheeled or standard pour pot. The heat transfer oil is heated by a 180,000 BTU vapor propane burner directly at the bottom of the heat transfer oil tank heating the oil and the oil heats the sealant. The unit burner is lit via a pilot light and is thermostatically controlled and located on the curbside for operator safety. The full unit will hold approximately 50 gallons or 500 Lbs. of sealant. The sealant is poured through a rear gravity spigot into and applied with wheeled or other type of pour pot. The unit is equipped with a 3 HP gas engine to power the hydraulic sealant agitator.
