Crafco Two Ton TechCrete or PolyPatch Applicator CRAFCO TWO TON TECHCRETE OR POLYPATCH APPLICATOR; DIESEL FUELED This double-boiler horizontal type melter applicator is specifically designed to efficiently melt, agitate and apply Crafco TechCrete or PolyPatch products. Unit is trailer mounted. The unit has safety shut-off feature on lid that automatically stops The agitator when the lids are opened. Heat transfer oil is heated by one 245,000 BTU high efficiently forced air diesel burner. The burner is lit by a constant duty transformer powering an electric spark igniter. The igniter works in conjunction with a sensor that detects a lack of burn or ignition and shuts down the fuel supply. The thermostats for the heat transfer oil and material are located on the curbside for operator safety. The product is horizontally agitated with aggressive mixing paddles.
