Crafco One Ton PolyPatch Applicator CRAFCO ONE TON POLYPATCH APPLICATOR/CRACKSEAL; GRAVITY PROPANE FUELED This double-boiler type melter applicator is specifically designed to melt, agitate and apply Crafco PolyPatch products or rubberized crack sealant through a gravity spigot. This unit is trailer mounted. The heat transfer oil is heated by one 250,000 BTU spread head side entry vapor fuel burner directly at the bottom of the heat transfer oil tank. Burner is lit by an electric spark ignitor. The melter applicator has a temperature control device with a high temperature limit switch which will automatically shut off the burner if the heat transfer oil reaches 600 degrees F (315.5 degrees C). The sealant material is mixed by a hydraulically driven full sweep vertical agitator with two opposing horizontal paddles with vertical risers attached to the extreme ends. The unit is equipped with a propane fueled Kohler engine. The melter uses two 100 pound (45.5 kg) vapor bottles. FOB Clayco Midwest.
